Privacy and cookie policy

The privacy and cookie policy defines the purposes and rules for storing and accessing information on the user’s device using cookies for the provision of services provided electronically by AMO LAB sp.z o.o. This privacy policy is informative, which means that it is not a source of obligations for the client. The information contained in the policy is of a general nature. Detailed information on the processing of specific Personal Data is made available each time they are obtained in the content of the information clause placed in a visible and easily accessible place. This applies in particular to information about the purpose and legal basis of the processing of Personal Data during their storage and the recipients to whom they are transferred.

Definitions

  1. Administrator – means AMO LAB Sp. z o.o. NIP 7773372411, which provides services electronically, may ask via the amolab.pl website and store and access information on the User’s device
  2. Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on users’ end devices via the amolab.pl website used by the User. They consist of a key specifying the name of the value, value and time after which the browser should delete cookies, and their functions are mostly standard for the settings provided by browsers.
  3. Administrator cookies – cookies posted by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the administrator via the website amolab.pl
  4. External cookies – cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners via the amolab.pl website
  5. Website – means a website or application under which the Administrator runs a website operating in the amolab.pl domain
  6. Device – by default, this means the electronic device through which the user accesses the website.
  7. User – means an entity for which, in accordance with the regulations and provisions of law, services may be provided electronically or with which a contract for the provision of electronic services may be concluded

PROTECTION OF INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA

The administrator takes special care in the field of privacy and data protection of website users, in particular, he applies the rules set out in the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free the flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) guarantees to all persons logging in by filling in contact forms and registering on the website that the data will be properly protected in accordance with the provisions of Polish law and European Union law. All Users of the website remain anonymous and it will only be up to the user’s decision when he registers or logs in to the website. The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him are:

– processed in accordance with the law, fairly and in a transparent manner for data subjects
– collected for specific, clearly and legally justified purposes and not further processed in a manner inconsistent with these purposes
– processed in a manner ensuring adequate security of Personal data
– processed in a form that allows identification of the data subject for a longer period than is necessary for the purpose for which the data are processed. Each time the purpose and scope of data processed by the administrator result from the consent of the client or legal provisions.

INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM THE USER

During the visit to the website, Users may encounter contact forms used to download the data necessary to handle their requests. The rules for the processing of personal data by the Administrator and the rights of data subjects can be found in the Information clause tab.

Some areas of the website may use cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the user’s computer identifying the method needed to request or cancel a given operation. Cookies are harmless to the computer and its user and his data. In most cases, this is necessary for the website to function properly. The condition for cookies to work is acceptance by the browser and not removing them from the disk. However, if you do not accept the behavior of most cookies, some functions will not work.

The administrator collects the data contained in the system logs (this is the information that is transferred to the server by the User’s computer each time you connect to the Administrator’s website, it may contain various data, e.g. IP address, which can, among other things, be determined from where the connection was made). This information is used by the Administrator for technical purposes related to server administration, optimization and modification of the website in order to better adapt it to the needs of users, as well as for the purpose of marketing the product and its own services. IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical information (e.g. about the place from which the connection is made). In addition, data on the Website Users and their preferences may be disclosed in the form of statistics, but such statistics remain anonymous and do not contain data and features that allow for the identification of individual users.

CHowever, cookies collect various types of information, as a rule, they do not constitute personal data, as they do not allow for the identification of the user. Some of the information may, in certain situations, be considered personal data. For such information, which may be Personal Data, the rules for the processing of Personal Data in the Information clause tab apply fully.

TYPES OF USED COOKIES

The cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the user’s device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter Users’ devices in this way. These files make it possible to identify the software used by the user and adjust the Website individually to each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, their storage time on the device and the prescribed value.

Two types of cookies are used – serial and permanent. The first of them are temporary files that remain on the user’s device until logging out of the website or turning off the software – then they are automatically deleted from the user’s device. The cookies we use are primarily intended to make it easier for the user to use our website, for example by remembering the information provided once, so that the user does not have to provide it each time.

BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF COOKIES

Obtaining and storing information with the use of cookies that are not necessary for the functioning of the website takes place on the basis of the consent of the user. In the web browser settings or as part of the privacy policy management, consent to the use of cookies, which are not necessary for its functioning, may be modified or revoked at any time, which, however, will have a negative impact on the functionality of the website. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. The basis for the processing of cookies necessary to provide electronic services at the user’s request and to ensure the safety of using these services is the necessity of processing to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator, which is the need to ensure the highest quality content presented by the Administrator.

PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED

Administrator’s cookies are used for the following purposes:
– adapting the content of the website to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the website
– recognizing the User’s device and its location and properly displaying the website, tailored to his individual needs
– creating anonymous statistics that help to understand how Users use the website, which allows improving its structure and content.

When a user uses our website, we use cookies to identify the user’s browser or device – cookies collect various types of information that, as a rule, do not constitute personal data (they do not allow for the identification of the user). By means of the cookie technology used on our website, it is possible to learn about the preferences of users, e.g. by analyzing how often they visit our website or what products they watch most often. The analysis of Internet behavior helps us to better understand the habits and expectations of the user and to adapt to their needs and interests. Access to information on user activity on the Internet with the use of cookies also allows us to conduct market and statistical analyzes. The information collected and contained in cookies may be stored after the end of the browser session, which allows, for example, to use them during the user’s next visits. The cookies we use are primarily used to optimize user experience when using our website.

DELETING / BLOCKING COOKIES

Consents to the use of cookies can be managed through the privacy settings on our website or in your web browser. By default, web browsers or other software installed on the computer or other device of the User connected to the network allow the placement of certain types of cookies on such device. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the use of cookies in the web browser settings or inform about their every transfer to the user’s device. RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHO THE DATA CONCERNS

– requests for rectification and restriction of processing or deletion of personal data
– lodging a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – withdrawal of any consent given to the Administrator at any time
